I am very very sorry for my disappearing. I opened my blog and found that I wrote last August for the last time... What can I say? It was very intensive period of my life with not so much time for hobbies. But now I returned home and I hope to write more often (maybe even regularly).

Today I want to show my newest work. I always wanted to try to make some sculpture from herbs. Only my summers were too short. I could not find any weekend for it (and you need more time because you have to find and to pick all the plants,m to dry them, etc.). Some week ago I read that "Senųjų amatų dirbtuvės" (The Old Crafts Workshop) were organizing seminar on making of nontraditional Easter palms (I understand that our traditional Easter palms are non traditional in other regions, you can find some photos of Vilniaus verbos - Easter palms from Vilnius here, but these are quite new and nontraditional in Lithuania too). Of course, I can see many defects here and I want to make better one (I hope that after some 5 or 10 I could be really glad with the result). But I like this one and I liked the process very much. Only I am not going to make many of them. If I'll have some time this summer I am going to prepare some materials and to make few just to have one that I really like for myself.
